Russ has been in real estate and property management for 22 years. His original career in the airline industry ended with an on-the-job injury. He then decided to follow in his father’s footsteps, and he went into retail in a large home improvement franchise. While in management there, the long-scheduled hours working for someone else cut into family time and did not make life easy. There had to be something else out there.

Russ got his real estate license at 38 and started his career in a large real estate firm before moving on to a small franchise. After a few years, when the owner was ready to sell his interests into a larger organization, Russ stepped in! Buying the franchise and keeping the business small kept the agents together in their nurtured family environment, benefiting both his team and their clients.

As business continued to grow, Russ was thrilled to welcome his son Russell to the fold. Having spent the last several years training Russell up in all the aspects of the business, Russ is proud to welcome Russell as a partner to the family business. Together, they look forward to doing the work to make your real estate and property management path easier.

Russell has spent his professional life serving the needs of his country and his community. And now he wants to serve your real estate needs. Starting out in the air force at the age of 18, his 4 years of military service led him very naturally into his community service as a police officer. An injury sustained while on the job propelled Russell into early retirement and afforded him the opportunity to join the family business, echoing his father’s career path.

Property management is the family calling! What began with turnovers, renovations, and maintenance grew into a passion for the ins and outs of residential property management and sales. Now, 6 years of growth and experience later, Russell has joined the ranks of brokers, teaming up with his dad as a partner to provide exceptional service and support to our neighbors, clients, friends, and family.

Wendy East

Wendy is in her 7th year of being a Realtor and has loved every minute of it! My background is diverse. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Economics from Bryant University. My Master’s degree is in Distributive Education (the education of distribution and marketing) from the University of Arizona. Positions I have held include Instructor for Advertising, Marketing and Management at Community College. Buyer for Department Stores. General Manager and Advertising Director for a five-store fine jewelry chain. President of a specialty toy store. I know how to design a winning strategy for home sales. I know how to negotiate for the best price and terms in real estate purchases.

I am the proud mother of two young adults. My son graduated from The University of Pittsburgh, and my daughter from George Mason University in Virginia. They have taught me patience, endurance, and the ability to perform well in difficult situations.

My greatest loves are family, people, real estate, pottery (I spend my spare time at the wheel) and poker (I was the National Point Leader one season in my league). I am passionate about my work, deriving great joy from helping others buy and sell their small piece of this great country.

Jeanne like many other Realtors comes to the profession with a wealth of experiences from previous careers. My first career was teaching in schools and environmental centers. My clients soon realize that I cannot pass up teachable moments! Actually, they love my mini discourses on windows, fences, or the benefits of a light-colored roof. My marketing career with technology firms helps me promote seller’s homes with attention to detail and accuracy. My name is Karen Caristo. I grew up in Ligonier, PA and moved to the area from Jupiter, FL. I graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a degree in Business Administration and Fashion Merchandising.

Bilingual agent Sabrina Zhao moved from Shanghai, China to Apex NC in 2017. I grew up in Apex when the population was around 1300. Cary’s population was 3000. Raleigh was around 750,000. Seriously, everyone in Apex knew everybody and where they lived. My favorite part was walking downtown after school and the new CC Jones Park and pool. Yes, my father was mayor for most of the 60’s. His business moved to Cary/Raleigh in 1967- that put a end to that era! My favorite hobby is traveling. I love learning other cultures and looking at architecture. Being in blue water almost anywhere would be a close second. I’m happy with toes in the water or being 130 ft deep.
